For this week’s episode of “In Your Bag,” we have Andrew with his gorgeous Leica M6. I’m always happy to see books in bags too…without further ado:

I’m Andrew, a VFX artist usually based in London, but I travel a lot for work, so a portable film kit is essential. This is the max 35mm kit for working overseas.

The M6 body and the 35mm Summicron that I inherited from my father. “My” M6 (black and not pictured) contains Tri-X. This body has color film, currently Portra 160 because I’m in LA right now. I find LA to be a 75mm city mostly with around 35. I’ve used the 21 a little and the 50 is the least used of them all. Usually I pack 35 and 75.

I follow @andrewrjw on Instagram.

Keep bringing them in, we need more submissions, so get your bag at Japancamerahunter.com

Send me a high res image of the bag. The optimal size is 1500 pixels. Please make sure there is a bag in the shot unless you are not using one. The more you can write about yourself the better, make it engaging and tell us a story. Snapshots of your gear with a camera phone and no words will be presented.
Oh and don’t forget your contact details (Instagram, Twitter, Flickr, Grainery et al). Submit bag photos here. Not all make the cut, so make sure yours is funny/interesting/quirky. And make sure the photo is of good quality, you are a photographer after all.

Cheers
