Queen Latifah stepped out in a stylish streetwear outfit in New York on Monday. The world-famous rapper and actress was seen arriving on the set of her CBS drama series, ‘The Equalizer.’ Latifah plays Robin McCall in the TV show which follows an enigmatic woman with a mysterious past who uses her vast skills to help those with nowhere to go.

As for the outfit, the “Ladies First” hitmaker wore a leather bomber jacket. The outerwear elicited a college feel as it featured strong snaps and double lines around the collar, on the cuffs and hem.

Latifah added a pop of color to her street style ensemble with a bright orange sweater. To anchor it all, the Grammy winner paired her top with sleek black pants that were streamlined with white stitching at the side seam. She accessorized with a black face mask, silver hoop earrings and pulled her signature chestnut curls back into a low ponytail.

On the shoe side, it has gone up a notch with a unique and trendy choice of shoes. The ‘Just Wright’ star tied down her look with black and white sneakers. The silhouette featured a two-tone design that was complete with a leather upper and padding for added comfort. The kicks also featured an abstract design and a chunky stacked midsole that popped out from the heel.

When it comes to fashion, Latifah has a personal aesthetic like no other. Over the years, Latifah’s wardrobe has changed just as much as her career, moving from Adidas tracksuits to chic party dresses and tailored pieces. The multiple hyphen promotes various shoe styles like pointed toe pumps, metallic sandals, and trendy sneakers.
